hi. i'm alynn89 from xanga!
my ultimate goal is to lose fifty pounds by June. i need, however, to change my diet a bit (okay, a lot) and start exercising more!
My Plan
diet:
no more sweets. not even lattes. i'm horribly addicted to sugar and i'm going to go cold turkey on the desserts, at least for a time.
limit carbs. i'm not all for the no-carb fad diet stuff, but i do need to keep an eye on them.
limit fats, like cheeses, sauces, etc.
no fried foods. i hardly eat them anyway, but i need to just eliminate them.
more fruits and vegetables and whole grains. duh.
exercise:
run at least 3x a week and ballet (at home) at least once a week.

it'll work :) Think about adding some light weight training?
For me, that made a big difference. That might be because I'm getting older, though. You probably won't need it.
@dryvona@xanga - i used to do some weight training, but i really can't find time to go to the gym, else i would! thanks for your feedback!
